Slogger - it's not meant to be positive or negative, but purely factual (which should be the basis of most investment decisions). I'm ignoring Upreti's sales because it was not related to any company news, hence that comment.
Outside of September this year, there has been 2 occasions where volumes have been higher:
- Mar18 when the announcement on agreement with Tanzanian govt on SEZ
- Nov11 when they announced binding sales agreement from IM3NY
My comment was that the volume is unusual, and even more so given lack of announcement.
