seriously you think he/she is not aware of that!!. read the posts. in any event this is a good sign with directors exercising options at SP higher than market.and as @stringfellow IMO correctly noted "...if you wanted to go and buy 750k shares on market the average buy In would probably go higher. he probably got a slightly better deal at the expense of urgency.." - makes a lot of sense and explains a lot.
