TN, yes that was covered last year when 564xxl called for a Village Pitchfork Uprising, I spoke to AS about S'holders concerns re Conidi, and AS confirmed that:
* the board believes Conidi brings enough valuable contributions to the board.
* his position needs to be filled regardless, due to AUS corporations law, ie KNL and any other listed ASX Co will be up for a similar salary expense.
I am now more convived than ever that our next business partner that will be announced shortly, will take a large stake in KNL and will take a seat on the board, either to replace Conidi or if the board sees fit, by creating another position.
Lumia,
Hope you are still holding strong...I am almost 100% convinced that Conidi would not spend $25k of his own money this far into the game if there is any doubt re EcoGraf and Epanko Finance.
Everyone just needs to try and calculate how all this is going to play out...the experts keep on admitting that they have underestimated their previous forecast and every few months they come up with a 'MASSIVELY HIGHER' forecast
"The battery boom is coming to China, California and basically everywhere else—and it will be even bigger than previously thought.
Annual energy-storage deployments are now forecast to exceed 50 gigawatt-hours by 2020. That’s three years earlier than BNEF’s outlook from just last year. --- a 3-year timeframe change within just 1 year from previous estimates
There is so much more coming out, on a daily basis now...it's very easy to get a fairly accurate picture of where this is all going, and it will happen faster than most think, Graphite will play a very big part in all of this, Germany will spend billions$ trying to save their Car Industry, KNL is in a very good spot, We have a very small amount of SOI, the next group that will take a large chunk of KNL shares will ensure that KNL's register will be even tighter, that will mean very lucrative earnings per share for years to come.
All IMO
