Ht is right on both counts here. Jiameng is too deep into this company being a founder and major holder.Ideally he'd become a nonexec vp and consultant. That allows him to contribute his best to the company without damage to himself or the company.
Selling the company off is great for immediate profits. However you would kick yourself when you realise how much it is worth to the acquirer.
