yes, collectively we shareholders can kick him out.
only problem is, he’s got all the knowledge, the connection in running the company. after all. it was him and his dad that built up the company.
i suppose we could kick him out. formally get access to the cash (which work out to be around 12 cents per shares) then, just shut down the company.. or sell it for whatever offer we receive. who cares about the business, we just want our cash.
