I don’t think dividend play will save the stock given the near collapsed confidence in this stock with many shareholders, though it will give the share price a sugar hit at the beginning. Buyback will be the more effective and substantial way to wipe out those unbelievers at once to bring the share price to its NTA share price.
Let’s see what the management will do.
