Also, Trump tariff on China is actually a positive for local Chinese brand like XPD. Chinese would have been shunning western brand as retaliation. Which means market shares held by Nike, Adidas will be taken over by local such as XPD, Li Ning, Anta, 360’. XPD don’t export to US, Trump tariff don’t matters to them. Also, being a mid-quality producer. As the Chinese tighten their belt due to financial crisis, they are likely to choose mid-quality brand over high end brand.
