I see Rob Tyson was entitled to take up 885,000 shares ( both direct & indirect holdings) under the rights issue. But only purchased 165,000.
I suppose i wouldn't bother either if i were him. Considering he regularly get free options issued as part of his remuneration. But that does mean his stake is getting diluted.
