From this light read i have attached below the Chinese sound to have extended an olive branch and are in talks to become a j.v partner with UTR ( possible money injection )

This would be a great opportunity for UTR and sadly a very likely reason why the price is pinned so low. as for china to get their mitts on this tech for next to nothing.
