I had similar concerns about Ionic industries. Just as I thought they would fade away, CLQ came and announced that they are going to proceed with a JV.
I'm not saying that UTR will follow, but it goes to show that long periods of silence are part and parcel of this game.
My guess is that punters are selling on expectation of CR
