Hey mate, from the discussions I had with Kobi unfortunately there's a lot of things he can't disclose.
With prototype batteries, UTR generally has no control over the timeline in which they would be completed, testing and building are all done by their partners. I don't believe he will be able to show us a working battery of any sort as they are all different. For instance, a prototype battery for Blitz will not be the same as a prototype battery for UAVs due to their specific requirements.
If I recall there was a photo in one of the presentations released earlier this year, but I would say that's about as good as we can get at this current stage. Once things are finalised and moved into actual commercialisation we should get more detailed photographic proofs of the product.
As far as I'm concerned, Leclanche pilot project is ongoing. If you take a look back at the last update, which you have to date back to Oct 2017, the company has entered into stage 2 of the project and to satisfy their requirement, a bigger supply of anode material was needed, which is why they ordered the 50L reactor and had it installed in April 2018 for increased production capacity.
So if you do the math, the pilot project was technically halted between Oct 2017 - April 2018 due to insufficient material. From May 2018 to now, roughly 5 months into stage 2, I would expect an update on that very soon.
Lastly, I know it's been frustrating watching share price dip further and further everyday, but you gotta know things are happening behind the scenes. I personally quite appreciate management's way of announcing what they have achieved, no fluff - what you read is exactly what they have done.
I've been busy researching 2 other stocks atm, but I do have plans to contact Kobi in the following week, I also got hold onto UTR's broker data recently, will keep you guys updated next weekend when I have the time!
Cheers,
Hez
