Chairman flipping shares to SMSF, a positive sign to minimize long term CGT. He's either recouping some personal capital losses &/or paying some personal CGT now which will be more than offset by the future tax-free capital gains for his SMSF.
Mrs Nach reckons a good sign he and the other directors aren't selling at these levels...
