don't disagree with you though it is one powerful action they can take. when credibility about the financials/strategy/growth is in question it is a great way to signal the market that they believe in the company. have no doubt belief in leadership is super low (rightly or wrongly). It is clear David is selling from the releases but why in hell would you want a majority shareholder getting back on the board and then selling....he stated it was to fund other investments then a few months sold more. I am annoyed for not taking his selling more seriously and believing him. if all this is coincidence then an easy way to fix it is buy stock. I can't remember the exact number but I think if you included the SARs the ceo was getting $1.4m and $1m without the SARs.....he can afford to buy stock. as you can guess from previous posts I am suprIsed that the chairman has done nothing...again my mistake as I heard from multiple sources his AGM commentary was a shocker
