I think these directors just see good value buying into the 70 cent range, and probably realize this will be permitted because the window is long enough until the results for the 4 trials with overseas companies will be released.
It's been agonizing this morning, watching these damn bots slowly chipping away at selling really small share lots at a time into my bids, but I finally got filled, phew.
Now I'm gonna put a really low stink-bid in for the end of day, sometimes late on a Friday somebody just wants to dump - come to papa.
Some institutions and funds have had to sell down Netcomm, as per their internal regulations after Netcomm was removed from the S&P/ASX 300, most stocks removed from that have fallen in stock price, without it being any real reflection on the strength of their business.
I'm sure some companies will be looking at Netcomm as a potential takeover in the future, but I don't expect that to occur until well into CY 2019 (after the next annual report), they'll be watched to see how their 5G development progresses, and how many new overseas contracts they sign based on the current trials.

Nice one.
Technically we are not in a blackout period, so they can buy. Perhaps there is a difference between small and material buying. Also, perhaps not all directors are privy to the offers until it’s a serious offer.
Finally, can someone kill the boys.
