Rather hard to say, but my guess is if there is a delay that we won't hear about it until they have a definite start date. If you are going to announce bad news like this you will want to be able to say that drilling is going to start on date x.
This is a complex drill program and I would much rather see the right team starting late than a second rate drill team starting on time and messing up.
