the small but gradual decrease in ARE sp tells me that the delay is all but confirmed now - not an alarming thing - it has been delayed by a decade now, so a few weeks will not matter but looks like something in late October now - I expect drilling to start 4 weeks after announcement - no announcement today so mid October start is out of the question IMO...
