How about the other execs putting their hands in their pockets and showing confidence- whilst Tom did sell a little he also bought a lot and with his own money ,when no one wanted them, some 6 or so years back.
Come , show faith in the company that employs you and pays your generous salary and buy with your own money, rather than waiting for freebies, which should be absolutely 100% performance based.I have no problem rewarding a leader for good work ,when it results in wealth creation for all.
