She has now retired from the business to move overseas to New York and run other News Corp real estate businesses. Take Ramsay Healthcare for example or Macquarie's (yes I know MQG is still doing well) recent CEO departure, it seems successful CEOs like to time their exits, or at least get out of the way if it still isn't ideal. However, the fact she dumped her shares on market for $90 even before retiring says a lot. Good on her, and she is still in the business, although moving onto international pursuits now that our property bubble is deflating somewhat, no doubt along with sales volumes medium term (major impact to REA).
