When a stock is going up, everything doesn't matter.
When a stock is going down, everything is a problem.
Net tangible asset backing is one of the important indicators. If the business were going bad, there would not be any value in the company as goodwill is writing off.
PE is another one to look at.
Market is dynamic, can change in a flash.
Just like you mentioned, FMG.
