Jumbo is lottery but I guess it fall into gambling but it doesn't do damage to life like gambling
lottery is a chance play, I don't know many people got addicted to lottery as it doesn't provide instant gratification with a win hits, it has time gap and that usually killed any addiction
its the pokies and the casino where human get the hits and it addictive as it provides an instant feedback and the brain likes it when you wins and after a while it becomes addictive to that sort of condition and you kept playing for the hits
