Yeh mate..I think avoiding certain industries is a good one...thing is I have had some CEOs with big stake treat like their own fiefdom...I usually avoid executive chairs for that reason....got tcn and srh which haven’t been brilliant but could be ok....did a bottom fish with ASH partly due to founder getting reinvolved.
do pretty well overall just haven’t had too many big winners this cycle....sold Afy or apt too early, did have a look at those jumbo but we don’t buy gambling stocks on principle ...sold Phk at 10c odd now 40 odd c - ..didn’t trust Chinese contracts...but not trusting Chinese made me miss infant formulae boom...did well out of Warrnambool though. Got Bkl csl pme bpt Cyp ara and even bhp great long termers....should have cochlear, corporate travel, Reece Ramsay, and one or two of those u have mentioned!
