I understand your logic and by way of comparison, this is mine.........
The 4158 international sales in q2 17 was, I believe, a spike due to the initial 'rush' on Soco sales ex-China.
The pre-sales 0f 2460 at the end of q1 were for 'upcoming months', not necessarily q2 deliveries.
There would be pressure to deliver on the China CU-x prepaid orders associated with capital raising.
I figure the bedding down of production sequencing, etc because of the new model(s) would be an issue.
I could go on, but as we agree we are speculating, then don't think too much navel gazing is warranted at this stage. Might re-visit it when the actual update is released (BUT I hope the company would take the opportunity to fully explain the international sales figure regardless of whether it is 2000 or 5000).
