It looks to me that MD Brian Flannery would not invest $205K at 3c if he did not think this was a good move. The price is very low and it might be a distressed seller. It looks like Brian is averaging down like very many of us. Some seeing the RNS think it is a bearish move but knowing BF from meetings held by Felix Resources it looks to be opportunistic.
