IMO Any discussions would have stopped with him unless the major shareholders were interested in committing a 19.9 % stake into the proposal..


Re Charles and tax planning. The disclosures seem to indicate that Charles and his wife have owned and continue to own the shares as individuals. it would seem nothing has changed in terms of ownership. The nominees have simply been removed.

"Shares held by Pershing Australia Nominees Pty Ltd on behalf of Yiting (Charles) Chen and Pershing Australia Nominees Pty Ltd on behalf of Jierong Zhou, formerly Huixin Zhou, the spouse of Yiting (Charles) Chen."

No mention of any Trusts or Companies there.
