What I read into that is that as of last Friday MR Hickey thought the stock was undervalued, he paid $4:30.
Further that no one has knocked on his door and discussed an offer for the company or made a credible offer. If they had then the market would not be fully informed under the continuous disclose rules. As of close of trading he has made a tidy profit of .15c per share.
