    We'll good news IMO if you haven't got in yet. Should be a pullback as he wouldn't be buying if he knew a offer was coming.

    Also very good to see a new ceo put in some real coin, not a token amount, at such a early stage in the piece. IMO speaks volumes regarding his opinion of the future direction of the SP. Hope I can add more closer to $4.
