Yes, it really depends the style and how did the PE approach to the CEO, to bid for a take over it has so many steps in the process, and you have to understand that we are small investors don't get the first hand informations also I reckon there is information already exchange between the fund managers and the ceo because they look after each other. So it really depends the structure of the process
