unusual for them to be used nowadays, so, the reasoning is intriguing. For now, i just treat them as a one year oppie, and assess then whether to pay the first call, after which, you are basically committed to the next two calls in order to get them listed (and saleable)
so, in 12 months there will be a call for .009 payment, then 2 more annual payments, totalling 2.7 cents. If they get any traction with Unaly, they could be a bargain, and, a source of financing for the company. But, they do carry more risk following the first call, hence the need to assess where the company is headed prior to paying the call
