Now it's only a few cents away from $15/lb again.
I assume this latest V2O5 pump would at least create a higher low, due to the fundamentals in demand. Especially with China's regulations in construction requiring double the amount of V2O5 to be used in rebar by Nov 2018. Analysts predict this will create a global demand increase of +30% in the mid/long term.
I don't expect we'll see <$10/lb again.
