Getting rid of the Board or even just the Chairman would be challenging since the place is stacked with Adelaide Corporate Mafia - or perhaps I should say Royalty.
Chairman Kate Costello is a nice girl and is well known in Adelaide circles, but her appointment looks to me more like bit of fun to keep up her profile and some low effort Board fees for an Adelaide local.
Board diversity gets a tick but competence is another matter..........
Ahhhh the challenges of running small listed companies - but some one has to do it!!!!
