You are probably right......
he had a high flying career in a big successful company, wanted to come home to Adelaide and due to teh extreme shortage of talent in that hick town, he landed a CEO job he could have only dreamed of if he lived in Sydney or Melbourne.
He is trying his best but lacks the real world experience of what is essentially a start up.......
.......albeit a start up with a pretty good highly sophisticated product and a serious real world German partner.
Methinks he is probably good at teh commercial negotiation but not necessarily the sales side.
