Mainly on the ratio but also on a gut feeling that GS has plans that will see TAS edge closer to a 1 to 1 ratio over time. I'll convert a few EDE to TAS when I can get better than 1.25 TAS for an EDE share and try to get 1.3 each trade.
In other words my trading range for now is < 1.2 and > 1.25. That means that when it is <1.2 that EDE is a better buy and when it is >1.25 that TAS is the better buy.
I love this stock where you don't have to have a large holding to keep skimming some handy cash or you can increase a holding with freebies.
