I think the questions now, beyond BoD bums in seats, are what value SNC sees to unlock? Is it the land value alone? Could 1AG have communicated a strategy to SNC, which SNC approves of, or can improve on? Is it, most simply, be that SNC sees long term profit being in the Ag space, and/or see 1AG the best valued play in this space? And more...
