Short term? Lol. The SP is down 50% from where it was sitting this time last year!
What purpose does it serve if you “hit your milestones” when the resulting SP is unfavourable?
Their responsibilities are to give SH’s positive returns on their investment. They need to lift their game greatly in order to produce this from where they’re currently at, IMO!
