Sure, I agree that it's a strategy to make you jump ship. But either way, you'll either be bullied out of your shares or they'll delist/make it harder to get your money. I personally don't want to wait years for my cash when I could make use of it in the mean time on another play. I'd rather take a big hit than be handcuffed by them.
