Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-9

What I'm trying to ask is if he took up rights and options. Will he have a total of only 25,000,000 indirect share through Newmarket (which he is beneficiary) or 25,000,000+8,333,333= 33,333,333. Newmarket doesn't have another alias Deakin University? Or if the options and rights where taken up they would be second/third largest shareholders? And the top 20 distribution schedule would increase to 43.76%? Maybe I need to give them a call. I never inquired earlier because if someone became a large shareholder (even if they pay little or nothing for the shares) then they have a reason to peruse better gains for all. <--- It did happen this way in the other one my wife screwed us both on. So, I won't make the same mistake of missing out again!
