Yesterday morning, the commissioner who in recent years has managed the extraordinary administration of the industrial group of Colonnella, Gennaro Terracciano , has revoked the assignment to the two shareholders who on December 14th 2011 bought the companies specialized in carbon fiber production. Within 10 days the warehouses must be vacated. And since yesterday afternoon the workers have been overseeing the company's gates in the industrial area of Valle Cupa.
The new property would have had to pay more than 4 million euros in mid-October, the balance for the purchase of the Colonnella factories. But between the two partners, the vibratiano entrepreneur Primo Massi and the Campanian Valter Proietti does not run good blood. So much so that one has offered to acquire the shares of the other. But the operation did not go ahead. And a few days ago the leasing companies went to the company to recover the machinery. The operation was partially blocked.
So far, the new property has paid 900 thousand euros. Massi and Proietti will now lose not only the 900 thousand euros but also the one and a half million surety paid to participate in the sale announcement and also risk a claim for damages from the Ministry. "Revocation is a shameful and irresponsible act", attacks Gianluca Di Girolamo , secretary of the UIL, "we will oppose ourselves with all our strength: we want to find solutions of continuity, not of decommissioning. The truth is that the institutions have not really dealt with the other. " Now the liquidation phase starts: the warehouses will be sold but without maintaining industrial activity or jobs. "It's unacceptable," adds Giampiero Dozzi, Fiom Cgil secretary, "we asked for a meeting at the ministry and the procedure that was not given to us. And now they do a revocation "in the dark". Now the two partners will have to tell us how they will manage the 82 working relationships. Employees are worried: they only have 8 months of activity ». Even the possibility of accessing social safety nets is uncertain. "The commissioner did not warn us," press Antonio Liberatori, Fim Cisl's secretary, "was an impropriety towards the workers. We knew that one of the two entrepreneurs would stay. And it also seems that it has the financial resources to complete the operation. We therefore do not understand the reasons for the revocation. We do not want it to be a maneuver to collect the surety and also the proceeds from the sale of the buildings ". In addition to the 82 permanent employees of the group, there are the original 524, now in extraordinary redundancy funds, which lose hope of relocation.
