I would expect the year ahead to go something like the following:

1. Full year results. Not great but stable and the short term facility repayment to James Douglas completed. The SP may rebound to 10c/ps. Then;
2. Couple months after Full year results trading halt. Flashy investor presentation and +
3. They announce another CR at a discount about 25% @ 8c/ps entitlement and more then likely another strategic investor Acorn Capital @ about 10c/ps. Acorn will 25M-35M shares and be in the top 5/20. It will all be fully underwritten by the top holders and Newmarket (like the last one).
4. After they hit the mark get the cash and options reset... while outside blackout period. They announce Newmarket has taken up full offer of options 25,000,000 @ 10c/ps.
5. Debt is considerably reduced and trading first profit over the next full year.

The register is going to change considerably this year. Do your own research and follow the trail of breadcrumbs $$.
