Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-31

Was wondering why it says "Rights to shares in Quickstep Holding Limited (part of Newmarket) 8,333,333". There are 3 partners and if they all got an equal share of the 25,000,000 options then it equals roughly 8,333,333 X 3= 25,000,000 options to acquire ordinary shares.

Essentially, if they (Newmarket) own (a majority of) Carbon Revolution but they shelved plans to IPO this year... then they got Acorn Capital Limited (ACQ) to invest in it (they got spare cash). Since QHL is trading lower and lower... I'm sure there is a scheme underway by James Douglas.
