Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-30

Question:  Does anyone have an opinion about, what will happen with these options, which are on the table until 31st Dec 2018?

My feeling is either:
1. He exercises them all at the asking price 0.1625 or
2.  They make up another capital raising, which integrates Acorn Capital Limited into the structure and reduces the cost of these options, which he will then exercise.

Anyone got ideas.  This is pretty serious, considering it says the exercise price is currently 0.1625 you really need to think about it.  I'm getting a feeling I'll call them on my day off Tuesday some time.  But I'd like to know if anyone has any vibe off this:



Also, it is not the first time recently he has had a loan @ 12% interest.  This one was also and it was a much longer term!!!
