    i my head we are valued at minus 5 mil, to me a shell is worth these days about 2-3 mil a shell with more than 2 mil cash is worth about 5mil plus not counting the cash-so the market is valuing MSR and its two projects minus 5 mil lol know wonder directors are buying why wouldn't you .Fair value right now with what we know is about 1 cent imo
