Interesting move back down in the past day to 2.3cents.
While I can usually make sense of most things when investing, or at least understand why others have different views - at the moment as things stand for EVZ I am baffled with why the price appears to have a cap, and there is a persistent seller out there. Can only assume it is on the back of shares issued as part of the capital raise.
EVZ has half year EPS of 0.16, comments to the effect this will be at least met resulting in full year EPS of 0.32. On a current market price of 2.3cps this results in a PE of 7.1 (which I believe is conservative).
This combined with the fact directors have steadily been buying back in to the company persistently from October last year, with the most recent purchase being 2 days ago at 2.5 cents to me indicates significant upside potential.
Inevitably there are risks when investing, unforeseen things eventuate etc etc, but show me another company on the ASX with such a low PE, which directors are buying into, which has experienced significant growth in the past 6 months ....
For me a turnaround story which has already turned around, but few appear to have noticed. Sentiment updated to buy, and will be buying in from today at anything below 2.5 cents.
