If I were him, I would also mitigate debt exposure since these long term incentives and 'free' options are afforded to him as performance rewards for skills/decision making. These incentives are on going for top management so provided the BS/P&L continues to expand, fundies will continue to accumulate. Sell on strength and you can't get better than end of year rally hopefully 3rd time lucky rally in gold price?
You won't find many goldies in an all time high breakout these days. Plenty are in breakout but off bottom trawling levels so not really breakouts in the true sense of the definition.
