If you have a close look you will find Michael Hackett has served on the Board way longer than is recommended or even condoned under a half decent governance framework and secondly he is pushing late 70's which in itself is fine but combined with his holding, his Board member tenure and the performance of ASX listed companies under his watch it is appalling. No institutional investor of standing will touch his ventures.
As for Adrian Rowley, I agree, he is stunningly quiet and probably quietly extremely embarrassed.
