yes it is all somewhat speculative including the 5 million....................not even sure that the money did not belong to Michael in the first place and PM just a name.
The law of averages says that they will get it right one day...........surely they cannot get it wrong so many times and not come away learning from each mistake.
Will it be in 2017,2018 or well into the 20's................we remain none the wiser and happy to speculate. My speculation unfortunately has a negative leaning but always happy to read some positive leaning speculations while we wait for something of substance..........I have been known to change my mind
