The sell down by Cregan of 20% of his holding was not ideal but acceptable in my opinion. The barrage of positive news flow just prior raises eyebrows. The "me too" sell down by Liddy a few days later was unacceptable and poorly executed. Why did'nt Liddy join Tom , limit his sell down to 20%, and announce in a joint statement ? Don't Tom and Liddy talk to each other ? That's what concerns me, the very poor execution and size of the Liddy sell down.
