The $5m was for the 37m shares to head off the Board Spill and in that they succeeded but it is a pyrrhic victory for everyone. What's even sadder is they can't even execute that well as the follow through has failed in regards claimed appointments, the share price and the strategy going forward. It was all about self interest and self preservation and income for family and friends.
You are right they have control, but of what?
Expect some devalued farms to come on to the market soon after they realise they cant fund the boutique processing plant dream as there is too much stainless steel out there as it is.
