Announcement says that Hackett bought a further 100,000 shares on 24/10 @11.5c. On that day, 690,000 shares traded (Hackett = 1/7 of total traded), with the SP oscillating between 11c - 13c against an unchanged open and close of 12c. Again, the disclosure made declares that there was no closed period applying.
Of interest is that the purchase coincided with the day when Skene was interviewed on 3AW by Tom Elliott (albeit, after market close).
