We have tried and will just have to sit it out. Complaints to ASIC do not get answered............they might or might not be doing something but we will never know until an ann is forced upon the company to make.
In the meantime we sit and hope that :-
Michael is history
PM shares escrowed until verification
PM shares excluded from voting
Board spill gets up
New incumbents step up to the plate
More opportunities are taken as opposed to being lost
etc etc etc etc
