No this type of announcement plays into the hands of insto's and funds who want positions but don't want to pay market price you can see the devil in the action of the sp in the last half hour, it is orchestrated sell down. To sell at 18c when the shares were 22 to 22.5c is a fair discount and was never a wise one, I now see why it was hidden in the opening on the day, not wise imo. We are now seeing the damage in the SP because of it.
